With LeaseCards they borrow the missing cards for a tournament, right at the event from players and stores who are there too. If they like the deck, they buy the cards afterwards, ideally through your links.

You put a “borrow the cards” link next to your decks. In return we recommend your deck builder wherever deck lists are pasted on our side: in the binder and in the deck check at events.
